Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward emails from one email mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
